These terms govern your use of looksi.broker and the mortgage broking service provided by Homei Fi Pty Ltd (ABN 26 691 328 499), trading as Looksi. Credit Representative 573517 is authorised under Australian Credit Licence 486112 (Purple Circle Financial Services Pty Ltd).
About our service
Looksi is a mortgage broking service. We help you compare home loan options across our panel of lenders and, if you choose to proceed, assist you through the application to settlement. Using this website or submitting an enquiry does not create a loan application or an offer of credit.
No cost to you and how we are paid
Our advice and service are provided free to you. We are paid a commission by the lender if and when your loan settles. This does not add to your interest rate or come out of your pocket. We are bound by a Best Interests Duty to act in your interests.
Lender panel
We have access to a panel of 60+ lenders, including major banks and specialist and non-bank lenders. We do not have access to every lender or product in the market, and access to any lender or product is subject to that lender's eligibility criteria.
Credit Guide
A Credit Guide setting out further information about our service, remuneration and dispute resolution is provided to you on engagement (by email) once you choose to proceed.
Your information
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to provide them.
No guarantee of outcome
Information on this site is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not credit assistance or a recommendation. We do not guarantee that any lender will approve your application or offer any particular rate or product.
