We will explain any refusal in writing.
9. Cookies, website analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies, analytics tools and advertising tools. The analytics tools record how visitors use the site, which we use to improve it. Those platforms may link this to an account the visitor holds with them, and use it to show our ads and report how the ads perform.
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or turn on its tracking protection, though doing so may affect some functionality of the site. Your ad settings with those platforms control how they use this information.

If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us at hello@looksi.broker. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
